MY FAB FIVE

These women of style
full of dignity and grace
Each with a beautiful smile
that lights up every place

They each share their story
And nothing but the truth
They've always been there for me
They love parents, families, and especially today's youth

These women who know
How to be true friends
They help others to grow
And are with them until the end

These women you can share
Your deepest of stories
For fame, they do not care
They are not in it for the glory

These friends who know
all relationships must have trust
Honor and Integrity
For them- is a must

They are all more than just a friend
They are each more like a sister
Although we did not come
From the same Mister

They give but do not expect
For with them, it comes from a place of love
For all that each does,
I have a lot of respect

I encourage you to get to know them
For with them you will find
They are all truly amazing
and you can gain peace of mind

They do not expect
to be treated like royalty
They will even tell you
They are just like you and me


Let me just say now
How much they are loved and adored
For without all, I'm not sure how
my journey could be endured

Keep your chin up
keep plugging along
THEY are an amazing examples of

To show TRUE FRIENDSHIP and UNCONDITIONAL LOVE

Honor and Integrity is something you possess
With your intelligence & smarts,
You'd be better than the rest
You'd make a great President right from the start

You set an example for others to follow,
You're an inspiration through time and space
You, my friend are far from shallow
You lead the way with dignity and grace

I know the path isn't easy
And sometimes day are long
You are sincere without being cheesy
You help so many others be strong

You shine a light in the darkness
So others are not alone
You really are
In a league of your own

Your strength and courage is something I admire
For friendship finds a home in the heart
Your bravery is something I truly desire
You've been a true friend right from the start

Our thanksgiving show was absolutely the best
You certainly put me to the test
I'll never again think of pie the same way
As I do from the fun we had that day.

You have a light within you
Unlike so many others
I'm so proud to know you
To call you my friend, my family, my brother.

Keep up the great work you do
You make this journey not so scary
In my heart, no other could replace you

There is HOPE

There is HOPE
Although the path is long,
And the journey is hard,
You are never alone,
Remember this as you read this card.

There are many more like you,
Who are friends and family,
Who will be here to support you,
We’ve all been there you see.

So while you are going thru the trenches,
And being dragged through the mud,
We’ll be getting off the benches,
With lots of hugs, support and love.

Precious are the moments,
Which we hold in our minds.
As time is stolen away,
And quickly leaving us behind.

We remember our children,
Our little angels so dear.
Our thoughts of love for them through heaven,
Is the only thing keeping them near.

We’ve been robbed of birthdays,
School events, holidays and such.
We can never go on our merry way,
For we miss our children so much.

They may be filled with lies in their sweet little heads,
Lies to place false memories as they lay down to bed.
We hope and pray that the love we gave them from the start,
Will remind them of the truths deep in their heart.

We must always remember to be of strong heart and mind,
For some day we will leave this journey behind.
For our children will not be young forever,
And when the truth is revealed, for it’s then we will treasure.

The love of parent and child restored,
Through faithfulness, trust and hope in the Lord.
For what once was can be again,
For a parent’s eternal love knows no end.

Although you may not be,
With your loved ones on this day,
Their mom you will always be,
For nobody can take that away

For it is the enemy and the deceiver,
Who seeks to destroy our lives.
Remember your own truths,
And do not believe the lies.

For there is love and beauty,
In never giving up hope,
And if you need help really,
Just reach your hand out for a friendly rope.

So many separated from loved ones dear,
Another day, a week, a month, a year.
We must all be there for each other,
Father, sister, Mother, Brother.

Do not give up the fight,
Eventually good people win.
Never give up your right,
To parent your children again.

If you’re feeling a little down,
And maybe a little lonely,
Turn that frown upside down,
And reach out for another friend closely.

We are here to support each other,
No matter what the reason.
We must show unconditional love to another,
At any and all times, not just because of the season.

Just call out to a friend,
Whenever you are in need.
They’ll be there until the end,
For that is TRUE FRIENDSHIP’s creed.
